When we provide you an evaluation and quoted estimate of the cost, we are usually lower than the larger, more national brands because we do not have as much overhead as they do. The only time we require a service contract is when we are also monitoring your Burglar or Fire Alarm system(s).

Yes, we offer 2-year service packages that auto-renew. Most other providers are requiring 3-5-year contracts, and you never own the equipment. Meaning that anytime they decide to end your services, they can remove all equipment as well. Customers are not allowed to move equipment with them when relocating or as they grow.

Our full-service contracts cover all parts and labor that need to be repaired or replaced in your system except acts of nature or personal property damage. The full-service contract is the best value for our customers as they do not have to budget in any equipment replacement or labor into their yearly budget.

We also have a standard and maintenance service contracts available. Our standard service contract covers the cost of labor to resolve a system issue, but not the parts that may need to be replaced. For maintenance contracts, we provide a predetermined schedule to do a site visit, assess your equipment and provide notification of potential issues.

We offer monitoring services for our Burglar and Fire alarm customers. Our rates start as low as $21 per month.

While we always recommend upgrading your system for the best performance possible, we can have one of our security experts give you a free evaluation of your existing equipment to see what is possible. Another reason to upgrade is that we would not be able to warranty the equipment we have not installed and inspected.

Yes, you can. We recommend periodic system upgrades so that you can get the most use out of your system. Technology improves by leaps and bounds consistently, and system upgrades allow you to expand your system’s abilities to protect people and property.

While we try to do everything we can for our customers, we do not install security equipment that we have not purchased. Why? The main reason is that we are licensed security experts for some of the world’s biggest and best brands and believe that equipment should be installed in your home or business. Another reason we do not install equipment purchased elsewhere is that we would be unable to provide a warranty or inspections on a system where we are not an authorized installer. And lastly, we inspect the components before leaving our warehouses to make sure everything is in working order so we can deploy your system as quickly as possible.

We want to make sure your business or home is secured as quickly as possible. The installation date can happen within 1 – 2 weeks of your order, depending on our installation schedule. After your order is complete, we will communicate and partner with you on an installation time that is right for you.

That will depend on which system you purchased and your internet connectivity/speed. The majority of the cameras we install do have this capability

Will I get notifications when something happens on my property?
