SMS Notification Opt-in Process
How to Enable SMS Notifications:
- Log in to your CRV Surveillance customer portal at oneview.crvsurveillance.com
- Navigate to Account Settings → Notification Preferences
- Enter your mobile phone number in the SMS field (US format: +1XXXXXXXXXX)
- Check the “Enable SMS Notifications” checkbox
- Review and accept our SMS Terms and Conditions
- Click “Save Preferences” to confirm your opt-in
- You’ll receive a confirmation SMS from our Azure Communication Services platform
- Reply YES to the confirmation message to activate SMS notifications
